Disconnections
We are now the alternative fully accredited ICP to carry out permanent disconnections in UK Power Networks Area.
Stage 1Contact
Kor Energy will contact your meter supplier to inform them of the termination of the contract.
We need:
- Letter of Authority from the end user
- MPAN number
Stage 2Payment
Once accepted by the supplier and you’ve (the customer) settled the outstanding payment, KOR Energy will contact the Meter Operator (MOP) or Meter Asset Manager (MAM) and arrange for removal of the meter.
Stage 3Disconnection
KOR Energy will programme in to permanently disconnect the Electricity Supply.
