KOR Energy are delighted to announce the acquisition of the new 4500kVA development in the heart of Islington Square, London.
The former Royal Mail sorting and delivery centre in North London is the latest piece of the capital to be transformed into luxury flats and commercial builds.
During its time, the recognised depot had more than 3,000 uniformed postal workers on site, with post arriving from across the country and the British Empire.
KOR Energy are required to excavate 2kilometres of offsite works and install approximately 4000 metres of High Voltage Mains cable in order to bring the new supply into the development.
In addition we are installing 3 x 1500 kVA Transformers and an 4 way extensible ring main unit to be housed within a existing building which holds a preservation order.
This is our most proud acquisition in our portfolio of sites and we are delighted to be apart of such a historic site.
As always we are anticipating the start date and cannot wait to start construction.
