- Have You Had Permission From The Owner?
- Is The Meter Removed?
- Your existing supplier
- Your meter point reference number (MPRN)
- Signed letter of authority
- Your account number
- Site address in question

Please note:
The average time for a standard connection to be completed is 8 to 10 weeks from the date of Acceptance, but we will offer you the earliest plan date available in your area. This lead-time may vary due to workload and notices that we need to give to the Highways Authority.
