Contract award reached on final school in EFA’s latest Priority Schools batch
KOR Energy have been appointed the Multi-Utility provider for three new schools as part of the priority school building programme.
Wates Construction and the Education Funding Agency (EFA) have reached contract award on the third and final school in the Barking, Dagenham and Newham batch of the Priority School Building Programme (PSBP).
In Particular, Eastbrook school in Dagenhamis expected to reach completion in spring 2017 and thus will see the existing secondary school expand its capacity from 1,800 to 2,200.
Little Ilford School in Newham currently has the construction under way and we will be attending site in the coming weeks to begin our own construction.
Eastbury School in Barking, where contract award was achieved in October 2015 has also began construction.
