We advise that you make your application around three months before your connection is needed, this will give us enough time to help you decide how the connection will be laid out and organise any inspections that may be needed before your connection is made.

You must have written approval from your water network operator before you can connect to a public sewer. We always ensure that when working on the public sewer we or our contractors are appropriately qualified and can carry out the work safely and to high standards.
